nDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization built natively on the XPR Network (Proton). It provides gasless, biometric governance tooling that lets communities vote, fund, and coordinate — all without transaction fees. nDAO supports multi-token governance across 13 tokens, with $NDAOV holders receiving 2x voting power. On-chain votes are recorded by transferring tokens for transparency.

Back grants you believe in. When a project is verified as deployed, backers receive a 20% bonus in $NDAOV (25% for first 48 hours). All funds are held in the SmartEscrow wallet. A non-refundable 2.5% processing fee applies. If a project fails, disputes can be filed via the ndaoarbiter account within 30 days.
Admin Moderation: All community-submitted proposals require admin approval before going live. This prevents spam and ensures proposal quality. Admin-created proposals are auto-approved. Proposals include an optional Allow field (up to 5,000 words) for defining eligibility criteria.
Proposal listings are free — just a tiny micro transaction in NDAOV (0.00000001) or XUSDC (0.000001) is required to verify your wallet and prevent spam. No listing fee is charged. A non-refundable 2.5% processing fee still applies to all grant backing transactions.
Premium Listing — $10 XUSDC: Sponsored proposals are pinned to the top of the proposals list with a highlighted green border and "Sponsored" badge. Premium listings increase visibility and signal commitment to the community.
Powered by SmartEscrow: All listing fees, premium payments, and grant backing funds are held securely in the on-chain smartescrow account until project milestones are met or funds are released. Your contributions are protected by transparent, verifiable on-chain escrow.

Once your wallet is set up, click "Connect WebAuth" at the top of this page to sign in and start voting, submitting proposals, or backing Pioneer Grants.
